1. Introduction
Welcome to UniAbroadly. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and communications.
UniAbroadly Consulting & EdTech Private Limited, referred to as “UniAbroadly,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” provides study-abroad guidance and related education consultancy services. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Depending on the services selected, UniAbroadly may assist students with:
- Study destination, course and university selection.
- University application preparation and submission support.
- Guidance on scholarships and education funding options.
- Visa application documentation and general visa guidance.
- Accommodation and pre-departure planning.
- Travel preparation and other student support services.
The exact services provided will depend on the package, written agreement, or service confirmation agreed with each student.
3. No Guarantee of Admission, Visa, or Funding
UniAbroadly provides guidance and administrative support. We do not guarantee university admission, scholarships, education loan approval, visa approval, employment, or any particular outcome.
Universities, scholarship providers, lenders, immigration authorities, and other relevant organisations make their own decisions according to their requirements and policies.
Students are responsible for reviewing eligibility criteria and meeting applicable academic, financial, documentation, and immigration requirements.
4. Student Responsibilities
Students using our services agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Submit genuine academic records, financial documents, identification, and other required materials.
- Review applications and supporting documents before submission.
- Respond to requests for information within reasonable timelines.
- Pay applicable university fees, government charges, service fees, and other costs when due.
- Inform UniAbroadly of any changes to their academic profile, finances, contact details, or application circumstances.
UniAbroadly is not responsible for problems caused by false, incomplete, misleading, or late information supplied by a student or another party.
5. Applications and University Decisions
We will take reasonable care when assisting with applications based on the information and documents provided. Application deadlines, entry requirements, course availability, tuition fees, and admission policies may change.
Submitting an application does not guarantee an offer. Students should independently review university communications and ensure that all required steps are completed before relevant deadlines.
Where a student authorises us to assist with an application, the student remains responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted in their name.
6. Visa and Immigration Guidance
Our visa-related services are limited to the assistance expressly agreed with the student. We do not control immigration decisions and cannot guarantee visa approval or processing times.
Students must provide genuine documents, disclose information truthfully, and comply with the applicable laws and requirements of the destination country. Any final visa decision rests with the relevant government or immigration authority.
Government visa fees, medical examination charges, biometrics, translations, courier fees, and other third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included in the agreed service package.
7. Service Fees and Payments
Applicable service fees, inclusions, payment schedules, and any additional charges will be communicated before the student purchases or confirms a service.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
- University tuition deposits and other university charges are separate from UniAbroadly's service fees.
- Government fees and third-party charges may be non-refundable under the relevant provider's rules.
- Additional work outside the agreed package may incur additional charges, subject to prior communication and agreement.
Any applicable taxes will be disclosed or charged in accordance with applicable law.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests will be assessed according to the service agreement, the stage of work completed, the stated refund policy, and applicable law.
Before payment, students should review the service inclusions, cancellation conditions, and refund terms applicable to their package. Any non-refundable amounts must be clearly communicated before purchase and must be lawful.
Where a refund is approved, the amount and processing timeline will be communicated to the student. Payments made directly to universities, lenders, government authorities, accommodation providers, or other third parties are subject to those providers' separate refund policies.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Scholarships and Education Loans
UniAbroadly may provide information and assistance relating to scholarship opportunities and education financing. Eligibility, availability, interest rates, fees, collateral requirements, repayment terms, and approval decisions are determined by the relevant scholarship provider or lender.
Students should verify all financial terms directly with the provider before accepting an offer or entering into a financial agreement. UniAbroadly does not guarantee that a scholarship or loan will be awarded.
Where applicable, any referral relationship, commission, or other material commercial arrangement will be disclosed as required by law.
10. Third-Party Services and Websites
Our website or services may refer students to universities, lenders, scholarship providers, accommodation services, travel providers, insurers, and other third parties.
These organisations operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and eligibility requirements. Unless expressly agreed in writing, UniAbroadly does not control their decisions, services, availability, or performance.
Students should review third-party terms carefully before making payments or sharing information with them.
11. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on the UniAbroadly website, including text, branding, graphics, designs, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to UniAbroadly, unless otherwise stated.

12. Privacy and Student Information
We may collect and use personal information that students provide through enquiries, applications, forms, and communications to deliver our services and respond to requests.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Where necessary for an agreed service, information may be shared with relevant universities, authorised representatives, service providers, or other parties, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
Students should not send passwords, one-time passcodes (OTPs), or other authentication credentials to UniAbroadly.
Please read our Privacy Policy for more information about how personal information is handled.
13. Limitation of Responsibility
UniAbroadly will provide its services with reasonable care, subject to the agreed scope of work and applicable law. We are not responsible for decisions made independently by universities, immigration authorities, lenders, scholarship providers, or other third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, UniAbroadly is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including changes to admission policies, visa rules, government requirements, course availability, exchange rates, or third-party processing times.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Changes to Services and Terms
We may update our website, services, and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law. Where a change materially affects an existing paid service, the applicable service agreement and legal requirements will govern.
15. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or discontinue access to our website or a service where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or material breach of an agreed service arrangement.
Students may discontinue using our services by contacting us. Any outstanding payments, cancellation rights, refund entitlements, and obligations relating to work already performed will be handled according to the relevant agreement and applicable law.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable legal protections and jurisdictional requirements.
If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law before the appropriate forum.
17. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable service agreement and Privacy Policy, describe the general terms governing use of our website and services. Specific written service terms may apply to individual packages.
